Ok, I had a comment here and it seems that I accidentally wiped it out. Thanks for the pointer Daniel :). To summarize quickly, I was hoping that Russia would not in fact ratify the Kyoto accords, since I think that the agreement is fundamentally flawed. Why is that you ask? Simple, any such agreement that doesn't include all three of China, India and the States is pointless. Kyoto does not do that, so it must be abandoned in favour of a more coercive accord, probably when Bush is no longer in the White House.
