More Carrots for Martin

The title of the article in Yahoo news was "Bush, Martin vow cooperation on Mad Cow". You would have never seen that under the Chretien years.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that we should be towing the American party line. They have many horrible policies, and I would be horrified if we started adopting them. However, it seemed that Chretien went out of his way to piss off the States, and that really wasn't something we needed. I'm glad thats over and done with.
